Preheat oven to 350ĀŗF and spray an 8x8 baking dish (with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper). In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, salt and oats. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, vanilla, egg, peanut butter and pumpkin puree. Whisk well until combined. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet and mix until almost combined. Fold in the chocolate chips until just combined. Transfer batter into baking dish and use a spatula to spread it out. Bake at 350ĀŗF for 18-22 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve!
