Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease/butter a loaf pan with parchment paper. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, pumpkin spice, and sugar in a small bowl, and set aside. Whisk together egg, milk, vanilla, sour cream, and pumpkin purée in a large bowl. Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir with a spoon just until combined. Pour into a greased loaf pan. For the swirl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the bread batter in the loaf pan and use a knife to swirl it into the batter. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for a few minutes on a wire rack. While cooling, prepare the glaze by combining powdered sugar and milk. Once the bread is mostly cooled, drizzle the glaze over it and enjoy!
