Chocolate chip muffins made with all-purpose flour, Greek yogurt, and chocolate chips, baked until golden brown.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, whisk the oil, eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and gently fold together with a spatula. Be careful not to overmix. Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap, and let it rest for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400F, and line a 12-count muffin tray with cupcake liners. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling them to the top. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top of each muffin. Bake at 400F for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350F and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
