Brown Butter Cookies and Cream Cookies

A delicious recipe for brown butter cookies loaded with chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed Oreos.

Preheat the oven to 350 F, and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and combined. Add in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix until combined fully. Gradually add in the dry ingredients. Mix until almost combined. Add in the white chocolate chips, chocolate chips and crushed oreos. Fold in gently. Cover and chill for at least an hour to overnight. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough and roll it into a ball. Place it 2 inches apart from each other. Bake at 350 F for 11-13 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges. Let them set before enjoying!
