These BBQ chicken pizza pockets are so simple to make for your holiday parties, and Farm Rich Snacks makes it even EASIER with their BBQ Boneless Chicken Bites! They’re packed with protein and SO much flavor that it will WOW all of your friends and family!!

What you need

1 box bbq sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese

2 can prepared pizza crust

1 ½ cup chicken bites

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 F, or according to pizza crust package instructions.

In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, BBQ sauce and mozzarella.

Lay out one of the pizza crusts on a flat surface. Place a heaping spoonful of filling throughout the whole crust leaving 1/2” between each scoop as well as the borders.

Carefully place the other pizza crust directly on top of the filled crust, stretching out the edges to fit the bottom.

Using a pizza cutter, cut out each square and place on a baking tray. Feel free to cut off any excess dough on the edges.

Use a fork to seal the edges by pressing down on the borders of each square.

Bake according to the pizza crust package instructions, or until golden brown.

Optional: Brush melted butter and Italian seasoning after baking.
