Eggnog Loaf with Avocado Oil

This eggnog loaf is the perfect recipe to make this holiday season. Not only is it packed with flavors of eggnog, but it’s so quick and easy to make! What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp ground nutmeg

cup avocado oil

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour

tsp ground cinnamon

cup powdered sugar

tsp salt

tbsp eggnog

cup granulated sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a loaf pan with ChosenFoods non-stick avocado oil spray. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In a large bowl, combine the eggnog, egg, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix together gently with a rubber spatula just until combined and no flour pockets remain. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let it cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes. Move to a cooling rack to cool completely and to glaze. While the loaf is cooling, combine the powdered sugar and eggnog then top the cooled loaf with the glaze!View original recipe
