Instructions
First, mix the dry ingredients (matcha powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, oat flour, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, and salt) in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the liquid ingredients (almond milk, large egg, maple syrup, and vegan butter). Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well until just combined. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes. Let the muffins cool completely. To make the frosting, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk in a bowl and mix until smooth and creamy. Once muffins are cool, add frosting.View original recipe
