What you need

cup powdered sugar
egg

tbsp unsalted butter

cup granulated sugar

cup brown sugar

peach

cup all purpose flour

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp milk

tbsp baking powder

tsp salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine the crumble topping ingredients with your hands until it’s crumbly. Don’t overmix. Set in the fridge while you prepare the batter. In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat the egg, buttermilk and melted butter until just combined. Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist. Fold in the peach slices. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon sugar ingredients together. Spoon it on the batter and mix throughout. Sprinkle the crumble topping on top. Bake for 70-80 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Baking times can vary so watch your loaf! Let the loaf cool completely before slicing and adding the icingView original recipe
