What you need

cup milk

cup granulated sugar

tbsp buttermilk

cup unsalted butter

tsp vanilla extract
egg

cup peanut butter

cup all purpose flour

cup powdered sugar

tsp baking soda

tsp salt
tbsp condensed skim milk

cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch sheet pan. Set aside. **For the Cake:** In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, baking soda, salt, and flour. Set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, water, and peanut butter until the mixture comes to a boil. Pour over the flour mixture and stir to combine. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Whisk until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 22 to 26 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. **For the Frosting:** Prepare the frosting while the cake is baking. In a saucepan, melt the butter, peanut butter, and buttermilk over medium heat until the mixture reaches a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Pour the warm frosting over the cake while it’s still warm, spreading evenly. Allow the cake to cool and set before serving.View original recipe
