What you need

cup cocoa powder

tbsp pumpkin pie spice

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp coffee liqueur

cup strong brewed coffee

tbsp powdered sugar

oz mascarpone

tbsp pumpkin puree

oz cream cheese

tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
In a medium bowl using an electric mixer, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and liqueur to make the whipped cream. Mix until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, whip the mascarpone and cream cheese until combined. Then add in the pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined. Then fold the whipped cream mixture into the tiramisu filling mixture with a spatula until combined. For the coffee mixture, combine the cup of coffee with the brown sugar and cinnamon liqueur. In an 8x8 pan, add in the ladyfingers by dipping each one into the coffee mixture and placing into the pan side by side until one layer is formed. Next, add in a layer of the tiramisu filling. Repeat until the pan is full and the filling is the final layer. Dust the top layer with cocoa powder and pumpkin spice (combined or separate). Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.View original recipe
