What you need

tsp vanilla extract

cup unsalted butter

egg

tbsp pumpkin pie spice

cup graham cracker crumbs

cup marshmallow fluff

cup granulated sugar

tsp table salt

tsp baking powder

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup pumpkin puree

cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter with both sugars until glossy and smooth. Add in the egg, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until just combined. Don’t overmix. Using a spatula, fold in the dry ingredients until no streaks of flour remain. The batter will be thick and fudgy. Spread about 1/3 to 1/2 of the batter evenly into the pan. Scatter chocolate on top then dollop marshmallow fluff on top. Spread the marshmallow fluff so it coats the top. I like to lightly spray the spatula with oil so it’s easier to spread the marshmallows! Carefully spread the remaining batter over the top then sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top. Gently pat the crumbs into the batter. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs but no wet batter. Let cool completely before lifting from the pan and slicing into bars.View original recipe
