butternut squash

splash olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut the squash in half then drizzle with olive oil. Add your favorite seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper were used here for a simple flavor). Place on a nonstick pan then put in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes to an hour, or until it’s tender and brown on the edges (cook time will depend on your oven and how big the squash is; a large squash may take about an hour).
