Stuffed French toast😩😩😩 this was so good that I literally demolished it after I ate my actual breakfast (now my stomach hurts🫨🫨🫨 so worth it thoughhh)

What you need

egg yolk

oz cream cheese

cup unsalted butter

cup powdered sugar

tsp vanilla extract

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp honey

pinch salt

cup milk

Instructions
Let’s prepare the filling first. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and combined. Gradually add the powdered sugar until totally combined. Transfer to a piping bag, and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the French toast until completely combined. Transfer the mixture to a small casserole dish. Heat up a saucepan or griddle with nonstick spray or butter. Turn it on medium to low heat. Dip each slice of bread in the liquid mixture for 30-45 seconds on EACH side. Add the bread to the hot pan or griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Make sure the temperature is on medium to low so it doesn’t brown/burn easily. Flip the bread once it’s golden brown. Transfer the toast to a pan or plate. Pipe the filling on only HALF of the cooked toasts. Top the toast with the filling with another piece of toast.
