Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar until combined. Add in the melted ghee, then mix until it turns into a soft dough. To prevent dough sticking to your fingers, put a little bit of flour on your fingers! Grab a small piece of dough and make it into a finger shape. Make sure you do this step quickly as the dough starts to soften in your hand, making it more difficult to shape. Place the shaped cookies on a nonstick tray. These cookies have a ton of butter, so there's no need to grease or butter the tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes, ensuring they are only lightly browned on the bottom.
