What you need

cup rolled oats

cup chocolate chunks

cup maple syrup

tsp baking soda

cup all purpose flour

tsp vanilla extract

egg
cup nut butter

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp baking powder

pinch salt

cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper. Place all dry ingredients into a medium bowl and mix. Set aside. Then, add wet ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until combined. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet and mix until combined, making sure not to over mix. Transfer batter into baking dish and use a spatula to spread it out. Bake at 350ºF for 18-22 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes.
