The cutest chocolate peanut butter cookies, perfect for Valentine's Day and beyond! This recipe makes delightful, crinkled peanut butter cookies topped with chocolate hearts.

What you need

tsp baking soda

egg

tsp baking powder

cup all purpose flour

cup granulated sugar

cup unsalted butter

tsp salt

chocolate kisses

cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream together softened butter and peanut butter using a stand mixer or hand mixer. Gradually add both sugars, beating until light and fluffy. Add in egg, beat well. In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture and beat well. Rub both hands with a little flour and shake off the excess. Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place 9 balls on each cookie sheet, making sure they are 2 inches apart. Gently flatten each cookie with a flat, smooth spatula. Bake cookies in the preheated oven at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes until just slightly golden and crinkled. When done, immediately press each chocolate heart gently on the center of cookies.
