What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

cup sour cream

tsp milk

tbsp baking powder

cup pumpkin puree

cup powdered sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup sugar

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease/butter a loaf pan with parchment paper. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, pumpkin spice, and sugar in a small bowl, and set aside. Whisk together egg, milk, vanilla, sour cream, and pumpkin purée in a large bowl. Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir with a spoon just until combined. Pour into a greased loaf pan. For the swirl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the bread batter in the loaf pan and use a knife to swirl it into the batter. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for a few minutes on a wire rack. While cooling, prepare the glaze by combining powdered sugar and milk. Once the bread is mostly cooled, drizzle the glaze over it and enjoy!View original recipe
