What you need

tbsp all purpose flour

cup unsalted butter

tbsp milk

cup granulated sugar

tsp vanilla extract

tsp table salt

tsp baking powder
egg

cup powdered sugar

peach
tbsp 1 percent milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, sift together 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix the 1-2 thinly sliced peaches with 1-2 tbsps of flour until they are coated. Set aside. In a separate bowl, cream together the 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 1 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes. Beat in the 2 large eggs and 2 tsps vanilla. Gradually add the dry mixture in. Slowly add in the 1/2 cup whole milk and once the batter comes together, scrape the sides of the bowl. Fold in the floured peaches. Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing 1/2 cup granulated sugar with 2-3 tsps cinnamon. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan then sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar filling on top. Swirl it in with a knife. Repeat with the rest of the batter and filling. Bake for 65-75 minutes. The top of the loaf will be cracked, raised, golden brown in color, and firm to the touch. A toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf should come out clean once ready. Let loaf cool completely, then top with glaze. For the glaze, just mix the 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2-3 tbsps milk until it reaches your desired consistency.View original recipe
