What you need

cup all purpose flour

tsp baking soda

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup caramel

tbsp vanilla

tsp table salt

cup granulated sugar
egg

cup brown sugar

egg yolk

cup pretzel
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and combined. Add in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix until combined fully. Gradually add in the dry ingredients. Mix until almost combined. Add in the chocolate chips and crushed pretzels. Fold in gently. Place a few spoonfuls of caramel across the top then fold it in carefully. Repeat with the rest of the caramel. Cover and chill for at least an hour to overnight. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough and roll it into a ball. Place it 2 inches apart from each other. Bake at 350 F for 11-14 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges. Once they come out of the oven, grab a spatula to shape the cookies if they’re not round. You can also use a circular object. Let them set before enjoying!View original recipe
