Day 6 ~ Smoked Salmon Puff Pastry Bites made using Latitude 45 salmon! These make for the perfect Christmas (or holiday) appetizers, and they’re quick and easy to make!

What you need

oz smoked salmon

tsp salt

tsp dijon mustard

tsp black pepper

cup sour cream

tbsp lemon juice

box puff pastry dough

tbsp fresh dill

tbsp fresh chives
Instructions
Follow the directions on the puff pastry dough package to bake them accordingly. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor, and run until combined, about a minute. Add the remaining ingredients (smoked salmon, dill, chives, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper), and run until everything is incorporated. Spoon or pipe the salmon filling into the baked puff pastry dough cups, and garnish with more smoked salmon and fresh dill.View original recipe
