Mini Chocolate Cakes with Chocolate Ganache

What you need

cup buttermilk

cup cocoa powder

pinch salt

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tsp instant coffee

cup heavy cream

cup water

tsp baking soda

cup sugar

tsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 F and butter your pans, or line them with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine your sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. In the same bowl, add in your whisked eggs and milk – roughly mix into your batter. Now add in the rest of your ingredients – whisk just until smooth. Do not over-mix. Pour your batter into the prepared pans, and bake for 35-40 minutes. Baking time will differ based on the size pan your using, your oven, etc so watch carefully! While your cake is baking, prepare your ganache. Add your chocolate chips into a bowl with 1 cup of simmered heavy cream. mix until smooth – set to the side or in the fridge to cool. Smooth your ganache on the top and sides of your cake. Let your cake set in the fridge then enjoy!View original recipe
