What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

pinch ground nutmeg

tbsp bourbon

apple

tsp cinnamon

can cinnamon roll

cup heavy cream

tbsp light-brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and butter an 11 inch pan. Cut cinnamon rolls into bite size pieces and spread throughout the pan. To make the apples: In a saucepan, cook the butter, sugar, spices, bourbon and diced apples over medium to high heat, stirring occasionally, until tender and golden. Strain the syrup from the apples, and let the apples cool. Place apple mixture on top of the cinnamon rolls, making sure it’s even throughout. Pour heavy cream over the cinnamon rolls. You can also pour the syrup from the apple mixture over the cinnamon rolls. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown throughout. Baking time might be more or less depending on the brand you use and your oven so keep checking on it!View original recipe
